Do you have a Monthly email newsletter?

Yes, you can sign up here: https://www.aquilawealth.com/newsletter. We respect your privacy and will never SPAM. Just a monthly email you will actually look forward to.

How often do you meet with clients?

We meet with clients regularly throughout the year. Our clients are our priority. They can reach out via email, call, or message anytime. We also schedule in-office or Zoom meetings throughout the year to ensure the financial plan is current and on track.

How much does it cost to work together?

We work with clients in long-term financial planning relationships. Fees depend on your unique financial picture, which we will uncover together. The annual financial planning engagement ranges from approximately $3,600 to $6,000 annually. Fees also depend on the number of investments managed, ranging from 0.90%-1.5% of the investment balance per year. Your specific situation would dictate the fee, which would be stated clearly to you before working together formally.

What is the next step in working together?

You can fill out our Contact Us form, and we will contact you to schedule a chat.

Do we have to move our investment Accounts to you?

No. We can work with your account where they are and advise you on your investments without moving them.

Will you advise me throughout the year?

Yes, we will be here when the unexpected happens to help you navigate through it financially. We meet proactively throughout the year to keep you on pace and accountable to your financial goals.

Who is your ideal client?

Our two subsets of clients we work with are business owners, usually with a growing family, and near-retirees. Our clients value their time and appreciate being able to delegate their investment management and financial planning to a trusted advisor.

What services do you provide?

We provide financial planning and investment advice to clients throughout the year. We work with clients year-round to reach their financial goals. We have two main subsets of clients we work with, business owners and near-retirees. Our business owners often have young, growing families. This is important because we plan for future college expenses, retirement, and family travel expenses. Another subset of clients we work with is those approaching retirement within the next 5-10 years. These clients have significant assets and investments they want to ensure will last their lifetime and possibly create a legacy for their heirs.

Will you manage our investments for us?

Yes. You can outsource your investment management responsibilities to us. And we will make sure your investments align with the financial plan and your values.

Do you provide investment options that align with my faith-values?

Yes, we have portfolios that consider your faith values and invest in companies that align with what you care about. Ask us about values-based investing.

Do you do one-time financial plans?

No. We believe financial planning is most effective in a long-term relationship year to year. We don’t do one-time plans because we find it is more effective to help our clients implement our advice after the plan is given.

What does it mean to be Fee-only and commission-free, and how does that benefit me?

Fee-Only and Commission Free means we are not paid to sell financial products. This benefits the client by removing the conflicts of interest. We do not have product sales incentives or bonuses, which removes bias when giving comprehensive financial advice. This lets us be more objective in providing the best advice for you, the client.

When working with me, are you always a fiduciary, and why is that important?

Yes, we always act as a fiduciary with our clients. This is important because we have a legal responsibility to do what’s in the best interest of our clients at all times.
